Anthem Recognized As One of the Top 100 Agile Companies By CIO Magazine

INDIANAPOLIS, Aug. 19 /PRNewswire/ -- Anthem, Inc. has been recognized by CIO magazine as a recipient of the "2004 CIO 100 Award." The annual award recognizes organizations around the world that exemplify the highest level of operational and strategic excellence in information technology.

This year CIO magazine focused the award on agility, recognizing the "Agile 100" organizations that use technology to respond quickly to changing business environments. Winners demonstrate measurable results in how they apply IT to enable and support agility in their organizations.
